After document submission, applicants will undergo an interview conducted by officials from Chamberlain Hunt American Academy. If the interview is successful, the candidate’s file will proceed to the next stage of the process. In case of an unsuccessful interview, applicants may retake the interview after one week.

Yes, students may withdraw from a course after payment, but certain conditions apply regarding refunds:
Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
If a withdrawal occurs within 30 days, a full refund is issued.
If withdrawal occurs after 30 days but before 6 months, students are eligible for a refund of half the full tuition (i.e., the tuition for the second semester is refunded).
After 6 months, no refund will be issued.
